We recently held a small organization event here, and I cannot not leave a feedback of my experience. As the organizer I needed to book a room as well for my coordination convenience. So I got to check the room as well. Hotel is clean, looks new, and smells good! Breakfast is amazing, fresh and with variety of pastries, drinks, and even coffee! Ultimately, our event went very well with outstanding support from Ms. Meshele, Aaron from reception, Gerardo from banquet and the lady server (forgot to get her name!). They made every way possible to accommodate our needs, offer alternatives, very friendly and helpful! Great value and highly recommended for event venues or accommodation stay!

Very clean hotel, spacious and amazing staffs. With a great location I can surely say I will stay here again. My experience was a highlight as I lodged in the top floor with great window view overseeing the highway and a glimpse of Houston galleria. My room also had a microwave which surprised me as many hotel don’t have that. Great experience !

I was so happy with this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast options were great. I’m always happy when hotels provide hearty breakfast options. The whole hotel complex was spotless. Loved the free washer dryer. The outside pool area was pretty.

This hotel is wonderful! It's in a good location, very clean, and the staff is amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean, however mine was a little musty in the bathroom. Breakfast is top tier for a free hotel breakfast. You cannot beat the price for how nice this hotel is. I will 100% be staying here in any future trips to Houston.

All I can say is YES!! Great great job IHG . Although it is a 2 star hotel , they hit every key point ! From Cleanliness to service everything was 10/10. We had the city view suite and it was just stunning to see the view at night. They even had dove body wash in the room instead of the typical hotel bars of soap. The complimentary breakfast was convenient with something for everyone ! They also had staff who made sure to make their rounds and keep things replenished and clean during the crazy breakfast rush. They also did so with smiles on their face ! I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Houston !

After some initial issues with checking in my stay here was enjoyable. Some nice extras like the Social on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Staff on the whole were friendly and went the extra mile. Food was not great for the price however every meal was well presented and edible. The swimming pool was nice and never too busy.
